經過更新後，測試信件開啟已經不會亂碼了

用outlook開啟 spammaillist.html頁面是亂碼

如果用舊版IE打開可以選編碼BIG5會變顯示正確
但用chrome打開無法選編碼，就會是亂碼
我看網頁原始碼是用utf-8編碼
chrome不會自動編碼正確
請問要怎麼調整呢

客戶寄信到公司，信件會夾excel檔，但都會被退信，客戶把退信內容寄給我們看
但他們說寄到別家公司都是正常的，我們也有請他寄到pchome,seednet的個人信箱是都可以正常收到
唯讀寄到我們公司的信箱都會被退信

webmail都會一直當掉

我有使用SSL和RaidenMAILD Service Installer

自從開始使用雷電mail，webmail都會一天中當掉很多次
都必須再將mail server從開才會正常

請問此問題該如何解決
